Every Room Starts
by Looking Up.
Drywall grids, acoustic panels, stretch membrane — executed thirty feet up, on time, to spec. From site survey to final walkthrough.
Transparent Process
How a Ceiling Gets Built.
Four phases. Zero surprises. Every step documented and handed off.
Site Survey
Rotary Laser Measurement
We arrive before the GC's morning huddle. Rotary laser establishes the finish plane, existing structure gets documented to the quarter-inch, and we hand you a marked-up PDF the same day. No guessing on hanger wire lengths.
Deliverable: Reflected Ceiling Plan markup + material takeoff within 24 hours.

Grid Installation
T-Bar · Wire Hanger · Main Tee
Hanger wire drops at 48-inch centers, main tees run the long axis, cross tees snap in at 24 or 48 inches depending on tile spec. Every intersection gets checked with a string line before a single panel goes up.
All work performed to ASTM C635 / C636 and local seismic requirements.

Panel & Tile Work
Acoustic · Drywall · Stretch Membrane
Acoustic NRC-rated panels cut and seated. Drywall lids taped, floated, and texture-matched. Stretch membranes pulled to tension on perimeter track — no wrinkles, no telegraphing. We finish what we start.
Available finishes: mineral fiber, fiberglass, gypsum, PVC stretch, wood baffle.

Final Walkthrough
Rake-Light Inspection · Punch Clearance
Flashlight raking across the finished plane catches any shadow, sag, or misalignment before the GC sees it. We don't leave until the ceiling passes our own punch list — then we walk yours.
Closeout package: as-built dims, product data sheets, warranty documentation.

Project Types
Every Ceiling.
Every Sector.
From overnight tile replacement in occupied offices to custom stretch membrane in hotel lobbies — we've built them all.

Office
Acoustic NRC 0.80+ · Open-plan grid · Occupied-space overnight
Call center hum, open-office echo, conference room intelligibility — we spec and install acoustic systems that hit the STC and NRC targets in your construction documents.

Retail
Stretch membrane · Coffered · Backlit soffits
Stretch membrane ceilings pulled drum-tight over retail floors. Backlit soffits, curved soffits, and coffered details that make the brand.

Hospitality
Hotel lobbies · Ballrooms · Custom radius work
Hotel lobbies, ballrooms, spa corridors — complex radius work and premium finishes executed on the general contractor's schedule, not ours.

Residential
Coffered · Tray · Smooth drywall · Repair
Coffered, tray, smooth drywall lids for custom homes and high-end renovations. Water damage repair and full replacements done right, with minimal disruption.

What GCs and Architects
Actually Say.
"Soffit came in on a Friday night, worked through the weekend, and had 8,400 square feet of acoustic tile replaced before Monday morning shift change. The facility didn't miss a single hour of operation. That's the only crew I call for occupied-space work."

"I spec'd a coffered stretch membrane ceiling for a boutique hotel lobby — complex curves, integrated cove lighting, 22-foot heights. Every other sub said it was too complicated. Soffit submitted a detailed RFI within 48 hours, showed up with the right equipment, and executed it exactly as drawn. First time I've had zero ceiling punch items on a hospitality project."
